Stephen Vance Neumann, better known as Vance was born at Camp Lester Naval Hospital in Okinawa Japan, March 30, 1989. Taking his roll as big brother very seriously, he conducts the group with great authority. Just ask him! <grin> His favorite hobbies are computer video games, and art. He was enrolled in a behavior Modification program through WWASP and was in a school in Randolph Utah, called Majestic Ranch Academy. Through this program, Vance discovered a great sense of leadership qualities that gave him strength in his self esteem. He is now attending Santa Susana Magnet High School in Simi Valley. We are very proud of his accomplishments and goals to a positive, and well rounded life. We look forward to the gifts Vance brings to the world in life.
