History books and other records indicate that Johannes Sumi lived and died in PA. One of their children was baptized in Stouchsberg, Berks County, PA. His home is believed to have been in Jackson or Heidelberg, Lebanon County. In the 1790 census, there is a John Summy in Dauphin County from which Lebanon County was formed. Johannes' son, Michael, said he had three sons, John, Abraham, and Michael. No other information is known.
